Pacific Home Repairs is a locally owned and insured handyman service based on Kauai, Hawaii. This website provides information about our services and allows you to submit service requests. All work is performed subject to a separate service agreement between you and Pacific Home Repairs.
3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false or fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems, use automated tools to abuse any form or endpoint, or impersonate another person.
4. Service Requests & Estimates
Submitting a contact or service request form does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. All requests are subject to availability, scheduling, and a formal agreement with Pacific Home Repairs. Estimates are for informational purposes only until confirmed in writing.
5. Home Safety Walkthrough Fee
A small assessment fee applies for the in-home safety walkthrough offered as part of our Aging In Place services. This fee is disclosed prior to scheduling and is separate from any installation or repair costs.
6. Photos & Uploaded Content
By uploading photos through our contact form, you confirm you have the right to share those images and grant Pacific Home Repairs permission to use them solely to assess and respond to your service request. We will not publish, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pacific Home Repairs and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pacific Home Repairs is not responsible for any damages arising from use of this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Home Repairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
