Common Concerns
We Make This Easy
Most homeowners just want to know they're hiring someone reliable, respectful, and easy to work with. Here are a few answers to help you feel comfortable getting started.
Will you actually show up and communicate?
Yes. Clear communication is a priority. You will always hear back, and I keep you updated from scheduling through completion.
What if my job is small?
Small jobs are exactly what I specialize in. Whether it's one repair or a list of small fixes, I'm happy to help.
Do I need to prepare anything before you come?
No special preparation is needed. Just show me what needs attention and I'll take care of the rest.
How quickly can you help?
Response times are prompt. If I'm on a job, I will get back to you as soon as possible and schedule you as soon as available.
Do you only work on residential homes?
I primarily serve homeowners, but I also work with local businesses and property managers for small maintenance and repair work.
Is this going to be complicated?
No. The process is simple and straightforward. Please send photos of the issue, and I’ll provide an estimate. Once approved, I’ll purchase the necessary materials and schedule the repairs.
How do I get started?
Just click "Request a Repair" or call/text directly. If you prefer to text, please include your phone number, email, location, and photos in your message, as this is the same information we’ll need to get started. Texting is the best way to reach us and typically allows for a quicker response.
